Vegan Gummy Bars are a source of carbohydrates. The consumption of carbohydrates helps to maintain blood glucose, providing energy to our body and maintaining a high physical performance.
They are 30g bars with a jelly texture that make them perfect for both training and competitions, easy to eat due to their elongated format in one piece.
Advantages:
Very pleasant to take due to their texture, they are easy to chew and digest.
Easy to transport. Format in a single 30g piece that provides us with approximately the same energy as a gel.
Mix of carbohydrates that provide us with energy, the main ingredients being organic, such as golden sugar and rice syrup, ensure that the energy received is of high quality as well as ensuring better assimilation of carbohydrates.
Available in 3 varieties and 5 different flavours:
SUB 9 BCAA - MANGO: With a very pleasant fruity flavour and with a contribution of BCAAs in a ratio of 8:1:1, Tyrosine and Taurine.
BCAA 8:1:1, The branched amino acids, leucine, valine and isoleucine are metabolised in the muscle, unlike the rest of the amino acids (in a general way) which are metabolised in the liver. They help to preserve glycogen levels, as well as having an anabolic effect (mainly thanks to leucine), actively participating in the muscle recovery process.
THYROSINE: is involved in the production of amino acids that maintain brain function and therefore has a positive impact on mental energy and performance.
TAURINE: Increases strength and endurance in a natural way. Decreases protein catabolism. It has antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties, and increases the oxidation of fats as an energy substrate.
SODIUM: With 60 mg of sodium per bar, essential for cell function, body fluids and regulation of blood pressure, blood volume and pH.
CAFFEINE - CHERRY-COLA: Cherry and cola flavour, with caffeine and taurine for those who want an extra boost.
CAFFEINE: One Vegan Gummy Bar provides 50 mg of caffeine, which increases alertness and therefore helps to increase performance, reducing fatigue. It stimulates fat mobilisation by increasing the availability of fuel for muscle work, thus optimising glycogen stores.
It provides the same amount of SODIUM and TAURINE as in the Vegan Gummy Bar SUB 9 BCAA.

ORANGE: Natural flavouring and sea salt have been used and no colourings have been used.
LIME: Formulated with sea salt and chlorophyll colouring.
STRAWBERRY: Strawberry flavour with sea salt and carrot and blackcurrant colouring.
One Gummy Bar Electrolytes contains 125 mg Sodium, 27 mg Magnesium and 9 mg Potassium. Two gummy bars contain the same amount of mineral salts as one Sub9 Salt Electrolytes capsule.
