PRODUCT DESCRIPTION SUB9-SALTS are an evolution of SALTS-ELECTROLYTES, designed for continuous intake during more extensive exercise. In terms of minerals, the amount of sodium has been increased to 250 mg and magnesium to 18.15 mg, potassium has been reduced to 54.01 mg, aiming for a lower proportion than the previous salts in capsules. They contain ginger extract in order to improve digestion, the main problem in this type of discipline. Single dose format, single capsules. INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE Take 1 capsule 30 minutes before and after exercise. And 1 capsule every 30' - 60' (minutes) during exercise, with at least one glass of water during intake (150ml).
