Race Day is a variation of the Endurance Fuel Bar, being thinner, easier to carry and chew.
The main characteristics of these bars are:
Reduced size and 40g in weight.
The amount of figs has been increased and the amount of dates has been reduced, thus controlling the glycaemic index and providing energy but reducing insulin peaks.
One bar has between 124 - 175 kcal and 15 - 25 g carbohydrate depending on the flavour.
Pumpkin seeds give the texture consistency and provide healthy fats and proteins.
With organic ingredients such as dates, pumpkin seeds, sunflower oil and sultanas.
A vitamin complex with 10 vitamins at 50% of the NRV has been added.
Available in 3 varieties and 9 different flavours:
BCAA: in 8:1:1 ratio (Leucine +).
Dark chocolate: with natural cocoa powder, organic chocolate chips and natural chocolate flavouring.
Apple & Cinnamon: with organic dried apple pieces, organic cinnamon powder and natural apple flavouring.
Banana & Ginger: with organic banana flakes, organic ginger powder and natural banana flavouring.
CHOCO BITS: 3 flavours with delicious chocolate chips.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE Take one Race Day bar every 30-60' depending on your needs during training sessions and competitions. It is also perfect to take before doing sport and cover the energy needs of that moment before exercise.
