The protein comes from ingredients such as milk protein and bovine collagen peptides, thus favouring the uptake of amino acids and their assimilation. They are gluten-free, with chocolate coating and only provide about 185 Kcal per bar. With a pleasant texture and improved flavours, they are ideal as a snack at any time of the day, as protein and muscle recovery after training.
