A family-owned pharmaceutical company founded in Barcelona in 1911. Specialising in the field of health, it has continued the innovative and forward-looking vision of its founder, the pharmacist Pedro Viñas, by promoting research into new and original formulations. Through research, Laboratorios Viñas achieves the scientific and social objectives that have always driven it, surpassing the increasingly demanding requirements of quality, safety and efficacy.

Laboratorios Viñas researches, develops, produces and markets its drugs and pharmaceutical products in a wide range of therapeutic areas, including dermatology, gynaecology, paediatrics and general medicine, among others. Laboratorios Viñas is part of the Plan for the Promotion of Research in Spain, currently known as the Profarma Plan, which aims to promote competitiveness in the pharmaceutical industry.

In addition to research, the diversification of its business activity into new areas of health has been another key success factor that has earned it the trust of pharmacists, doctors and their patients.

Having celebrated its centenary since its incorporation, the ideals of service to health and the social objective of the founder are still fully in force today as an added value and a sign of identity that is evident in a company made up of a team of more than 200 people.
