Synoquin Chondroprotector food supplement for cats is a product specially designed for pets with some kind of joint problem or with some kind of predisposition to the development of osteoarthritis, such as age, joint surgery or being overweight.

Manufactured by Vet Plus Laboratories, Synoquin incorporates components that help to keep your feline's joints healthy. Its exclusive formula contains chondroitin sulphate, which is a component responsible for proper hydration, elasticity and flexibility of the joints.
Its function is to envelop the joints, thus preventing cartilage deterioration. It also incorporates glucosamine HCl, which stimulates the synthesis of cartilage glycosaminoglycans (GAGs), especially in older animals. In addition, it prevents cartilage thinning and improves joint mobility and the quality of GAGs in cartilage. N-acetyl-D-glucosamine leads to increased production of GAGs, improving cartilage repair.

This product also incorporates ascorbic acid (vitamin C), to prevent damage caused by free radicals in the joints and provides zinc sulphate, an important element in the formation of cartilage and bone. Synoquin will provide higher levels of chondroprotectants than your cat's normal diet. The use of Synoquin should be supervised by a veterinarian.
