For heat therapy: soak for ten minutes in hot water (max. 60°C) or place in the microwave completely submerged in a container of water for 6 minutes (max. 300 watt). Keep the bag in its cover to prevent heat or cold from damaging people with delicate or sensitive skin. Before the next use, wash the cover with a mild detergent and let it dry.
