ORGAN OIL 150 mg of Nutrinat Evolution is a combination of essential oil of oregano from Greece (Origanum vulgare L. Hirtum), chemotyped to ensure a minimum of 60% carvacrol (min. 60-75%), and extra virgin olive oil.
Concentrated essential oils can be irritating to the gastrointestinal mucosa.
To avoid this, the oregano oil in this product is emulsified in olive oil as a vehicle. Emulsification also increases the surface area of the essential oil particles, which means that a smaller amount of essential oil can be effective in contacting more of the inner surface of the small intestine, where it exerts most of its effects.
