Farmalastic Knee Stabiliser is a stabiliser made from polyamide and silicone that helps relieve knee discomfort. It has a Healthy Technology design that combines the Ethelium Flex patellar support tendon with the ergonomic Reflex compression fabric. It helps support the patella, providing more stability when exercising. The fabric is lightweight, weighing less than 60 grams, and is ultra-thin, so it does not rub or put pressure on the knee. The 9.5-centimetre silicone bands on the top and bottom of the inside prevent it from slipping. It helps to alleviate pain in the affected knee and prevents overloading the other knee. It also provides more stability and support. It helps with movements related to walking or running, among other exercises.

It comes in various sizes: size S from 35 to 38 cm knee circumference at the height of the centre of the kneecap, size M from 38 to 41 cm knee circumference, size L from 41 to 44 centimetres and size XL from 44 centimetres and upwards.
