3M Hypoallergenic Tape is a tissue with a strong, hypoallergenic silicone adhesive. It is suitable for use on sensitive skin. It has perforations on both sides and in different directions to make cutting easier, if required. It does not contain latex, so it can be used by people with latex sensitivity.

It has a soft adhesive power that has no effect on the skin. Provides a firmer hold to gauze and bandages. The silicone-based adhesive helps to hold more securely without causing any discomfort or pain on removal, which minimises the chances of affecting the wound itself. It is white in colour. It comes in a three-metre roll format.

The tape is water and water vapour permeable. It is breathable, so it helps the skin to breathe while the bandage or gauze is kept on the injury. It is also dirt resistant.
