Keto creams are formulated with a high percentage of fats between 38 and 51%, high protein values, very low in carbohydrates and with about 0.5 g of sugar per serving.
The formula of these Keto creams keeps blood sugar and insulin levels low so that the body can easily consume stored fats for energy, thus maintaining the state of ketosis for longer.
Due to their nutritional profile, Keto Creams are satiating creams that promote metabolic flexibility due to their high fat and low carbohydrate content, thus improving mental clarity, digestive function and moving away from dependence on carbohydrate consumption and the insulin peaks they generate.

KETO CACAO: Based on roasted peanuts, cocoa powder, erythritol and stevia. With 27% protein and only 1.5 g of net carbohydrates.
KETO NUT & SEEDS: Formulated with only roasted peanuts and flax and chia seeds for crunch and antioxidant benefits and Omega 3 fatty acids. Net carbohydrates are just 2.1g.
KETO TURRÓN: This is a nougat-flavoured cream with the same ingredients as the original Christmas nougat, with toasted almonds, lemon zest and cinnamon, but with no added sugars. We have used erythritol, resulting in only 0.1 g net carbohydrate.
These creams are perfect to take at the moment of breaking the fast due to their nutritional values or at any time of the day either on their own, to add to desserts, yoghurts, cereals, toast, etc. ....
TIPS Some separation in the oil is natural and a consequence of the good quality of the product, simply stir before use.
