Water-based lubricants

Water-based lubricants are products formulated mainly with water and moisturising agents that help reduce friction during sexual intercourse or the use of intimate products. They are characterised by a light texture, easy to spread and easy to remove, as they do not usually leave a greasy residue on the skin.

Their high compatibility with latex condoms, sex toys and other intimate products makes them one of the most widely used alternatives in sexual care. In addition, many formulas incorporate moisturising and soothing ingredients to help maintain the comfort of the intimate area.

There are now specific options to combat vaginal dryness, improve sexual intercourse or provide additional hydration in situations of intimate sensitivity.
