EVAX

Evax is a brand of intimate protection products for women. It has a wide range of products, including sanitary towels that adapt to all women's needs, taking into account things such as the level of flow during menstruation. They also stand out in the manufacture of panty liners.

A woman's menstrual cycle usually lasts about 28 days, and Evax products are used during the menstruation phase. This cycle begins with the first day of menstruation and ends the day before the next period. The second phase of this cycle is pre-ovulation. During this phase the ovary produces oestrogens that mature the egg. In this way, the uterus prepares itself to nourish the possible embryo. Evax pads are not used in this phase. The next phase of the cycle is ovulation. During this period the egg completes its maturation and leaves the ovary. It is then taken up by one of the fallopian tubes. If the egg has not been fertilised, it will disintegrate, giving rise to the premenstrual phase. After this phase, menstruation returns, thus completing the cycle. Bleeding occurs during menstruation, which is when Evax pads are used. The flow is usually heaviest during the first 3 days of the period.

At birth, all women have about 250,000 eggs in their ovaries, which remain stored until menstruation begins during puberty. The first period is called menarche. With each period, one egg cell matures until the menopause occurs.
